Contact us for a free confidential consultation to learn more about our approach. In the process of reviewing your business idea and how we might help we promise that, whether you choose to continue with us or not, you will go away with invaluable information and ideas.

An Example of the Process: Our process starts with what we call the “5 Breath Test”. Take a deep breath and

1) Explain what your idea is before you breath again. Once you can do that, take another breath and explain

2) Who wants it and why. Follow this with

3) Why they should want it from you (your sustainable competitive advantage),

4) Why they should want it now (your call to action), and

5) How you will make money if they buy it.

Sounds simple enough, but it is actually very hard to do. The “5 Breath Test” forms the basis for your Executive Summary and Business Plan. We say “you can’t write a business plan until you have a plan for your business”. You’ll be surprised at how much effort is involved to distill your thoughts to five simple breaths!
