Business Exploration
Are you satisfied with the growth prospects of your
organization's business model? Are these growth prospects
vulnerable to the emergence of new competitors or the better use of
new technology? Are you convinced that every reasonable growth
opportunity is being explored with appropriate vigor and focus?
Does your organization embrace the need for continuous change, or
quietly resist it? If these questions are of concern, you may wish
to explore new approaches to growth on a confidential basis without
disrupting your organization or distracting them from meeting your
near-term business needs.
By virtue of the experience and expertise of its
founders, IdeaWorks, LLC is uniquely
positioned to help companies with their new business exploration
projects. Projects can be managed entirely by the IdeaWorks
project team or cooperatively between IdeaWorks and the client
company staff. Depending on the confidentiality needs of the
client, the entire project can be completed in ultra-secret
skunkworks mode or in a more open environment.
For a confidential discussion of your business
development needs, please contact us for a no-cost no-obligation
consultation.
Background on "Skunk Works":
The book "Skunk Works", written by Ben R. Rich and Leon
Janos and published by Little Brown & Company, tells the story
of Lockheed's skunk works operation that designed and built new
breakthrough aircraft, including the U-2, Blackbird and Stealth
Fighter, among others. Lockheed's unique approach separated a
few highly motivated, talented individuals into a top-secret
organization set apart from their day-to-day operation. They
were given a free hand to find new and better ways to design new,
high-tech planes, resulting in successful aircraft that others said
couldn't be built.
